There will be a meeting of Staploe Parish Council at 7.45pm on Wednesday 21st January in the meeting room of Wyboston Village Hall followed by a short meeting of the trustees of Staploe and Duloe Village Hall charity at approximately 9.45pm.
Please note that the Parish Council have been asked to become managing trustees of the Village Hall charity until such time as the latter are able to form a committee. This is in accordance with the governing documents of the charity as registered with the Charity Commission. The charity does not have a building at present but it still holds the land on which the hall stood, the car park and a small portion of the playing field in trust which could be used to rebuild the hall in future.
