Object to this proposal
This has been applied for and rejected, the land owner has made threats to illegally use the land,
The land falls in the exclusion zone where development is not permitted.
The sewerage treatment plant is struggling as it it 5 more properties would put additional pressure on this network where it has been overwhelmed and spilt out.
This a a hamlet the essence of the location would be put into jepoday opening the door to build more and this opens the door to further more developments. The land owner also owns the land to the rear of the proposed site would they after this want to build here and potentially build a small estate.
This has been objected previously and the plan is just submitted again, the non disclosure of what exactly is the proposed “self build dwellings” and the threat that the owner has made to house travellers on this site illegally shows they have no respect of the parish council or residents.
