A reminder that food should not be thrown into horse fields. Recently, large quantities of bread and apples have been left in a local field, causing a serious welfare concern.
Although well-intentioned, feeding horses without the owner’s permission can be harmful and may make them very ill. Please do not give horses any food or throw anything (including garden waste) into their fields. Thank you for helping keep local animals safe and please do spread the word. Thank you.
